Utilizing the most modern technologies and advanced CAD system design techniques, outline drawings and wiring diagrams are produced on disc or hard copy formats. The objective is to respond quickly to customer requirements, often the same day via FAX, E-MAIL and EXPRESS OVERNIGHT.

Outline drawings provide critical dimensions, weights, and wheel loading capacities. Wiring diagrams provide electrical specifications and other pertinent requirements. Both outline drawings and wiring diagrams give our distributors the ability to incorporate our products into your material handling system with ease. Quick and accurate answers are the backbone of our success at Electrolift.

Our sales department is among the most knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. New hoist applications are carefully reviewed to make sure the correct hoist is being manufactured for a specific application. Sales works hand-in-hand with our customers and engineering department. Tracking
Most repair part deliveries are tracked via "UPS ON-LINE". Internal computerized tracking of all orders and "UPS ON-LINE" tracking of shipments allows us to give you
up-to-the-minute data as to where your parts or hoist order is at any given moment. Nothing is left to chance at Electrolift, even after it leaves the plant.
